Custom work has two clocks: production time (us making your stuff) and transit time (the carrier driving it to you). Here's how both work.
Production time
Production starts when you approve your emailed proof, not when you place the order. Typical production windows:
- Stickers & vinyl clings — 3–5 business days
- Patch hats — 7–10 business days
- Banners & signage — 3–7 business days
- Metal business cards & equipment tags — 5–7 business days
- Plaques & awards — 5–10 business days
On a deadline? Say so in the order notes — rush options are often possible and we'll tell you honestly if a date can't be hit.
Rates & carriers
We currently ship within the United States, via USPS and UPS. Shipping is calculated from real carrier rates at checkout based on your address and what's in your cart. Large-format signage that can't ship economically is quoted with freight included.
Local pickup — free
Choose local pickup at checkout and skip shipping entirely. We'll email you when the order is ready with pickup details.
Tracking, loss, and damage
Every shipment gets a tracking number emailed to you. If a package arrives damaged or goes missing, email sales@ioniccustoms.com within 7 days — damaged goods are remade free (a photo helps), and we'll chase the carrier on lost packages so you don't have to.
Please double-check your address at checkout (we validate it as you type). Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at cost.
