Configure a product (or request a quote), then choose card payment now or a payment link you can use after reviewing the proof. Every order gets a production proof showing exactly what we'll make, and nothing is produced until both the proof is approved and payment is complete. If you paid up front and decline the proof, we refund you in full.

Typical production time after proof approval and payment is 3–5 business days for stickers, 7–10 business days for patch hats, 3–5 business days for banners, 5–7 business days for tags and metal cards, and 5–10 business days for plaques and awards. Transit time is additional. In a crunch? Add your deadline to the order notes and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

Vector files (SVG, AI, PDF) are ideal – they scale cleanly and cut precisely. High-resolution PNGs with transparent backgrounds work great too. Got a JPG on a white background? Upload it anyway; our sticker builder removes backgrounds automatically, and we clean up whatever needs cleaning at proof time.

Yes – check the "design help" box in any builder, or just describe your idea in a quote request. Design work is quoted separately (typically starting around $55) and you own the files when we're done.

Stickers have a $25 order minimum. Hats start at a single hat – though prices drop meaningfully at 6, 12, 24, and 48. Tags and everything else are quoted per job with no hard minimum.

Both. Choose shipping or local pickup at checkout – pickup orders are ready as soon as production finishes and we'll email you when they are.

Custom work can't be restocked, so paid orders are final once the proof is approved – that's exactly why we proof everything first. If we make an error against the approved proof, we remake it free, full stop.

Almost certainly. We stock the popular Richardson and Flexfit blanks and can order nearly any current colorway – mention what you want in the order notes and we'll confirm it in your proof.
