The Shop

Ionic Customs is a small fabrication shop that makes the physical stuff a brand wears — and we make all of it ourselves.

The laser does the engraving. The plotter does the cutting. The sewing machine puts patches on hats one at a time. Nothing gets outsourced, which means when you email us about your order, you're talking to the person who will actually make it.

We started in 2019 doing patch hats for friends' businesses and it grew from there: die-cut stickers by the thousand, banners for storefronts and events, plaques in walnut and acrylic, and stainless tags that live out their lives bolted to equipment in the sun.

Every order gets a production proof before anything is made, and nothing is charged until you approve it. That's not a marketing line — custom work only works when both sides know exactly what's being built.
